Paula Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in English in 1996. In 2020, she earned a second bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. In 2021, Paula earned a master’s degree in Journalism and Strategic Media. Her master's research project was the creation of a digital magazine to help students learn about entrepreneurship.

She is a certified professional coder (CPC) and approved medical coding instructor with (AAPC). Paula taught Medical Coding, Basic English, English Composition and Oral Communication at American National University. In 2017, she developed a magazine to highlight the journey of underrepresented entrepreneurs in Memphis. Tenn.

She has a passion for writing and wants to tell stories that inspire, inform and persuade. Her other strengths are planning, training and researching.
​
Paula is the mother of one adult son. She says, “My most significant accomplishment is being a mother.”
​
In her spare time, she likes to read inspirational and motivational books, connect with friends and dance.
One of Paula’s favorite quotes is by Oprah Winfrey – “You can have it all, just not all at once.”
