On Feb. 13, PACC hosted the 2nd annual Love Yourself Panel Discussion in recognition of American Heart Month.
The panel discussion covered self-care, gratitude and therapeutic options for managing and handling healthy and stable relationships.

Darin Hollingworth, executive coach and founder of Odonata Coaching based in Jackson, Tenn.
Teresa Phelps, grief recovery method specialist and founder of The Restoration Shoppe based in Memphis, Tenn.
