Essa Wallace completed the L.E.A.D. Coaching program in December 2022. Wallace has a bachelor's degree in psychology. She attended the University of Memphis. Her goal is to write a book, and this was the focus for her coaching sessions.
The coaching program consisted of six-weeks covering various topics to develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills. The weekly sessions were held virtually and included homework assignments and a class on marketing.
Wallace set S.M.A.R.T. goals at the beginning of the coaching program. She will continue to receive coaching until she reaches her goal. Wallace discovered new things about herself in the sessions.
