Scaling a business

Updated: Feb 24

by Paula Anderson

In 2020, I participated in a Mastermind Class and read the book - "The E-Myth Revisited: Why most small businesses don't work and what to do about it". Pinnacle Financial Partners and the Nashville Business Incubator Center (NBIC) sponsored the mastermind.

The class helped me to evaluate and assess ways to add more people to my team. I didn't think I could duplicate my training, but I can help others understand the principles of teaching and leadership.

A business can't grow with one employee unless you want to be a one-man or one-woman entity throughout the life cycle of a business.

Scaling a business means that you want to add more people to business model and generate more revenue. Think about a business that started small, but now it is a big corporation.

My goal is to add five professional development facilitators by the end of 2023 to facilitate continuing education workshops on various topics.
